All abstracts submitted online will be reviewed by the Abstract Review committee:

- 1500 SR to All accepted abstract as poster presentation: given to the presenting author
- 3000 SR to All accepted abstract as oral presentation: given to the presenting author
- In addition Registration to the conference will be free to all presenting author whether it been accepted as oral or poster
■ Abstracts should be submitted via the on-line submission system only
■ Abstracts must be received by the announced deadline. Abstracts received after the deadline will not be considered.
■ All abstracts must be submitted and presented in clear English with accurate grammar and spelling of a quality suitable for publication.
■ The content of the abstract should not have been previously published
■ To submit another abstract, please repeat same procedure when you submitted your first abstract.
■ The presenting author is required to ensure that all coauthors are aware of the content of the abstract.
■ After your abstract submittal you will receive an automatic message with abstract code number confirming your successful submission. If you do not receive this confirmation , please contact the Conference Secretariat at email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org
■ Presentation type: you will be notified your abstract accepted as either
A- Poster Presentation:
■ Abstract title: Each word should begin with a capital letter with the exception of transition words
■ Abstract body: The Abstract body should be no longer than 300 words in total
■ Abstract structure:
Please structure your abstract using the following headings:
■ Images and tables must be uploaded as JPG.
B- Oral Presentation
■ Selected abstract submissions will be presented during Oral Abstract Session
■ Authors will present their peer-reviewed research in a specific topic area, and experts in the field will moderate presentations. Moderator will facilitate audience questions.
■ Oral presenters will be allocated 7 minutes for their presentation and 3 minutes for questions and answers with the audience. If the presentation exceeds 7 minutes, the moderator will interrupt, and the Q/A period will be shortened.
■ Usually up to 7 slides is optimal, allowing 1 minute per slide. You may choose to use more than 7 slides, but please be sure to complete your presentation within the allocated 7 minutes.
■ The content slides should give an overview of the research with conclusions and future research direction.
